Domestic shipments via standard delivery take 10-18 business days - this extended timeframe accounts for our partnership with specialty carriers who handle paper goods with museum-level care. International deliveries to Canada/UK/EU require 18-28 business days, including mandatory climate-controlled transit for humidity-sensitive materials. These conservative estimates reflect our commitment to preventing warping or damage to foil-stamped elements during transport.

All international orders include protective cellulose wrapping to prevent moisture damage during transit. Customs fees may apply for shipments valued over $150 - we recommend selecting standard shipping for better customs clearance rates. Undeliverable international packages incur a $15 reprocessing fee plus actual return shipping costs.
Greeting cards ship in rigid mailers with "Do Not Bend" markings in 12 languages. We recommend providing a street address (no PO boxes) for optimal delivery. Two delivery attempts will be made before items return to our studio. Reshipment fees start at $8 for domestic and $25 for international orders.
Each shipment includes a vintage-style tracking postcard via email.
