Pricing Structure
All prices are final in USD and reflect the premium materials and artistic labor in our cards. In extraordinary cases where pricing errors occur (e.g., $50 collector's edition card listed as $5), we may cancel orders but will compensate with a personalized apology card and 20% discount code for future purchases - turning mistakes into memorable gestures that align with our brand philosophy.
Order Processing
Every order is carefully packaged with decorative touches that make unboxing special. Processing takes 3-5 business days (extending to 5-7 days during holiday seasons when our artisans are creating extra magic). You'll receive tracking information once your enchanted package begins its journey. For custom handwritten cards or special requests, additional processing time will be clearly noted during checkout - because heartfelt messages shouldn't be rushed.
Shipping Standards
We ship worldwide with protective packaging that keeps your cards as pristine as the day they were created. Domestic shipments typically take 7-14 business days after processing, while international deliveries may require 14-21 business days. All packages include festive wrapping and a handwritten note - because we believe the journey should be as delightful as the destination. During peak seasons, please allow extra time for postal services to handle increased volumes.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within 21 days of delivery for store credit or exchange. Cards must be in original unused condition with all protective sleeves intact. Return processing takes 10 business days after receipt as we personally inspect each item. Personalized or opened seasonal cards cannot be returned to maintain their special nature. Damaged items will be replaced with identical or superior products at our discretion - we stand behind every card that leaves our workshop.

All card designs, illustrations, and creative concepts are protected works of art. Reproduction, scanning, or commercial use of our artwork without permission violates copyright laws. We actively protect our artists' creations while encouraging personal enjoyment of our cards - share the joy, but respect the artistry. Digital downloads are for personal use only unless otherwise specified.
