Every GrooveChic order is hand-inspected with festive care before shipment. As our holiday cards often feature intricate foil stamping and hand-embellishments, processing takes 3-5 business days (5-7 days during peak seasons like Christmas/Valentine's). Cancellation requests must be emailed to [email protected] within 48 hours of purchase. Beyond this period, your order enters our artisan workshop and cannot be stopped - but our generous 30-day return policy ensures satisfaction.
We want your greeting cards to sparkle with joy. You may return unused items in original protective sleeves within 30 days of delivery (extended for seasonal planning). For exchanges of damaged cards, we allow 45 days to accommodate international shipping delays. Initiate returns through www.groovechic.shop and select "Exchange for Different Design" if desired. Personalized cards with custom calligraphy are final sale.
To maintain our stationery's pristine quality, returns must: (1) Show no writing, bending, or wax seal damage (2) Include all original envelopes and decorative elements (3) Have intact holographic authenticity stickers. Our quality elves conduct thorough inspections upon receipt. Cards failing inspection will be returned to you within 14 business days with a handwritten note explaining the issue.
Refunds take 10-14 business days after we receive your return - this extended period allows our calligraphy team to verify condition. The refund amount excludes original shipping fees and any return postage costs. For payments made via PayPal/credit card, additional 3-5 banking days may apply before funds appear in your account. During holiday seasons (November-January), processing may extend to 15 business days.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return results from our error (wrong/misprinted design). We recommend using tracked mail with insurance - GrooveChic cannot be held responsible for return packages lost in transit. For exchanges over $50, we provide prepaid return labels (deducted from your refund if unused).
Report printing defects or transit damage within 10 days of delivery by emailing [email protected] with clear photos. We'll arrange free return shipping and either rush a replacement (subject to stock) or issue a full refund including original shipping costs. This exception reflects our commitment to perfect holiday greetings.
Hand-calligraphed items and wax-sealed collections are final sale. For Christmas purchases (November 1 - December 24), the return window extends to January 31. Wedding invitation suites have separate policies - consult your design consultant. GrooveChic reserves the right to limit returns from customers with habitual return patterns (>30% of orders).
